1. Where do I pick up my order?
When purchasing a Vibe | Local item you’ll choose your preferred pickup location.
Your order will be ready at the Ready-By date and time you selected, and all pickup details will be sent to you in your confirmation email.
2. When do I pick up my order?
Pickup timing is determined by your selection at checkout.
Orders placed:
• Sunday–Wednesday → earliest pickup window is the upcoming Saturday or Sunday
• Thursday–Saturday → earliest pickup window is the following weekend
The pickup and delivery dates shown on product pages and banners represent the earliest available windows. You may choose a later date and time during checkout.
3. Can I pick up my order sooner?
Yes. Submit a Custom Order Form to request an earlier pickup. Rush requests outside standard pickup times are subject to a fee.
Please allow at least 2 business days for processing.
4. How do I store and best enjoy my items?
Cheesecakes, Crème Brûlée, and Creamy Cookies: Keep refrigerated at 37°F. Best enjoyed within 3–5 days.
Cookies: Can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 week. Refrigeration helps extend freshness.
Creamy Cookies: If not eaten the same day, refrigerate. They’re safe at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Creamy Cookies² (Vibe | Anywhere): Please refrigerate immediately upon arrival.
Heating Tip: Heat cookies (except Crème Brûlée) in the oven at 350°F for 3–5 minutes for the best experience.
5. Do you offer Delivery or shipping?
Yes.
Vibe | Anywhere items are available for nationwide shipping.
Orders placed Sunday–Wednesday ship the following Monday
Orders placed Thursday–Saturday ship the Monday after that
Shipping dates are dynamically displayed in the banner and product details.
Vibe | Local items are also available for delivery within designated areas and is chosen at checkout.
Delivery dates shown reflect the earliest available delivery window.
6. Do you offer bulk orders or catering?
Yes. We accommodate bulk orders and offer catering for events, parties, or corporate functions. Please complete a Custom Order Form for details.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. However, modifications are not permitted after an order is placed.
8. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, Thank you for your understanding.
9. Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Not at this time, but we are actively developing healthier alternatives for future release.
10. Do you Offer regular cakes?
No. We specialize in premium cheesecakes and cookies. However, all of the cheesecakes in our Vibe | Local menu are available in 7-inch and 9-inch sizes for those seeking a larger dessert option.
11. Are you FDA Compliant?
Yes. We operate from an FDA-compliant kitchen and strictly follow the 2022 FDA Food Code for food safety and hygiene. Our operation is overseen by a ServSafe Manager–certified professional, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, handling, and preparation.
